Simple plug-in for uniform configuration of Reactive Codes sbt projects, as well as CI related functionality. May be used for other projects if the default settings are found useful.

Binaries are publishes to the Sonatype OSS Repository, and a plugin dependency may be added with:
addSbtPlugin("codes.reactive.sbt" % "sbt-codes" % "0.2.0-SNAPSHOT")
